Information We Collect

Contact form

If you fill out the contact form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message. Business name is optional. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and forwarded to our team by email.

Checkout

Our checkout is hosted by Stripe. When you place an order, Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment card details, and any delivery instructions or point-of-contact notes you provide.

We pass Stripe your selected delivery city and preferred delivery day, which are stored on your subscription record. Stripe also uses your delivery address to calculate applicable sales tax.

Your payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's page. Arbor & Vines never receives, sees, or stores them.

Your browser

Before checkout, our site saves your cart contents, selected delivery city, and preferred delivery day in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you complete an order. It exists only to keep your selections intact as you move between pages.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage your weekly floral subscription
• Communicate with you about deliveries, scheduling, and your account
• Respond to contact form inquiries
• Calculate and collect applicable sales tax
• Meet legal and accounting requirements

We do not use your information for advertising targeting, third-party marketing, or any purpose unrelated to operating your subscription.

Third Parties

A few services receive data in the course of running this site:

• Stripe processes payments, manages subscription billing, and retains customer and order records. Stripe's privacy policy
• Netlify hosts this website and stores contact form submissions. Netlify keeps standard server logs, including visitor IP addresses. Netlify's privacy policy
• Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's servers. When a page loads, your IP address is sent to Google as part of that request. Google's privacy policy
• Google Ads — our order confirmation page includes Google Ads conversion tracking, which sends data to Google when a checkout is completed. Google's privacy policy

What We Don't Do

A few things worth stating plainly:

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not use site-wide analytics or visitor tracking.
• We do not create customer accounts or store passwords.
• We do not send marketing or promotional emails.

Data Retention

We retain customer and order records for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Contact form submissions are stored in our Netlify account until deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time, but records required for legal or tax compliance cannot be removed before the end of our retention period.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask that it be deleted, by emailing hello@arborandvines.com or writing to us at the address above. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
