Delivery Days & Access
Orders are typically delivered Monday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers and provide building access at that time. Every subscription requires a phone number and a designated point of contact so our delivery team can reach you directly if needed.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
We do everything we can to make sure every delivery arrives beautifully and on time. If someone isn't available to receive your arrangement, we'll return it to our shop to preserve its freshness.
Resolution:
- Shop Pickup — You're welcome to pick up your order from our shop at no additional charge.
- Redelivery — We can schedule another delivery attempt. Redeliveries may be subject to an additional fee.
